Sailing

Two years ago I tried to get Ruri/Take interested in sailing, but it wasn't working. The wind was a little strong for their liking:-) When we went to Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago, we went to Lake Mead but the weather spoiled our plan to go jet skiing/sailing, and Takeru was very upset, that gives me another opening to get him into sailing again:-) So we went to the Shoreline again and the weather was perfect so I let Takeru to be the helmsman for a while, now back to dust off the sailing book! While in Las Vegas, we went to the first indoor skydiving place and it was fun!

Finally!

Our hero Sara won her first individual world champion title, and one more relay gold and two more individual silvers....yes her neck will hurt:-) We see how hard she trains and how much she helps the team, we are so looking forward to the beginning of the season. I hope Ruri get inspired by this photo.

Summer is ending

We went back to the same camp site again this year, and the water in the creek was a lot better, clearer and plentiful.
